Delivery + Returns


All orders placed are delivered by An Post or a third party courier service. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive details of expected delivery schedule, including a track and trace number when possible.

Bretts will not be responsible for deliveries that can’t be made due to the unavailability of the recipient, or due to an incorrect address having been given. If the courier is unable to make contact with the recipient and the goods are returned to us, a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address.

Deliveries are only made on working days and no deliveries are made on weekends or on public holidays. Deliveries can be made to private homes and business addresses.

  • Delivery in Ireland (including Northern Ireland) is €8.00.

If you wish to avoid the delivery charge, you can collect your parcel in Kilkenny from Bretts, 22 John Street, Kilkenny (during normal business hours).

Return & Refund Policy

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace it for you but you must notify us of the damage within 36 hours of receipt.

Any item returned must be accompanied by an order confirmation.

Special Offers/Discounts: If any promotional items included in the original sale are not returned, the corresponding value or discount of the promotional items will be deducted from the refund amount.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect personalised items if the information we have been given was incorrect. We urge you therefore to make sure that the details you provide us for personalisation are correct, i.e. spelling of names etc.


All of the details that we receive, either by the person placing the order or about the person that receives the goods, will remain private. We do not share any information with third parties.
